1. Don't spoil me. I know quite well that I ought not to have all I ask for. I'm only testing you.

别溺爱我。我很清楚地知道，我不应该得到每一样我所要求的东西，我哭闹不休其实只是在试探你。

2. Don't be afraid to be firm with me. I prefer it, it makes me feel secure.

别害怕对我保持公正的态度，这样反倒让我有安全感。

3. Don't let me form bad habits. I have to rely on you to detect them in the early stages.

别让我养成坏习惯，在年幼的此刻，我得依靠你来判断和培养。

4. Don't make me feel smaller than I am. It only makes me behave stupidly "big".

别让我觉得自己比实际的我还渺小，这只会让我假装出一副和我实际年龄不符的傻样。

5. Don't correct me in front of people if you can help it. I'll take much more notice if you talk quietly with me in private.

可能的话，尽量不要在人前纠正我的错误，我会感到很没面子，进而和你作对。你私下提醒，效果会更好。
