Shirley Temple is considered to be the most famous child star in history.She was born on April 23,1928,in California.Her father was a banker and her mother was a housewife.Shirley had two brothers.Her mother took her to dancing classes when she was three years old.Temple began her film ca reer in 1932.She was known for her dancing skills as well as acting.In 1934,she became popular around the world because of the movie Bright Eyes,a film designed specifically for her talents.Temple acted in more than 40 movi es in the 1930s.

Tyler is a 9-year-old boy from Southern California.Now he has become the youngest person in recorded history to reach the top of Argentina’s Aconcagua mountain,which is 6,962 meters high.“You can really see the world’s atmosphere up there.All the clouds are under you，and it’s really cold,” he said.“It doesn’t look like a kid’s drawing of a mountain.It’s probably as big as a house at the top.”
Only 30 percent of the 7,000 people are allowed to climb Aconcagua each year.No one under 14 is usually allowed,so the family had to make sure that Tyler could safely finish the task.“Any kid can really do this.All they have to do is try and set a goal,” Tyler worked out twice a day for a year and a half to prepare for the climb.He also held fundraisers(募捐),not only for the climbing cost but to raise money for CureDuchenne.
Some people think Tyler’s parents are pushing him to do this.But his father didn’t think so.He said,“I wouldn’t climb it if I  didn’t have to,but my wife made me do it to keep watch on him.” Tyler had already climbed the 5,895-metre Mt.Kilimanjaro at the age of 8.He decided to reach all the highest mountains on the seven continents.
