One object or phenomenon

First of all, A is crucial for every individual. With its seemingly magic power, A can not only accelerate better individuals’ development, but serve as an efficient instrument for individuals to change the world. Those equipped with A are always admired and respected, because A may endow them with more competence, chances, self-confidence to over come difficulties and handle problems. Those people appear to possess a special charm, bringing to others hope, passion and surprise, and, thus winning others’ favor and trust. When coming across hardship, others will turn to them for help, and help them more willingly in return. Therefore, with the good fortune derived from A, they can proceed more relaxedly and realize their dreams more rapidly.

In some sense, enterprises, schools and government organizations are the aggregations of individuals. Through its influence on individuals and interpersonal relationships in the organization, A stimulates the change of the organization as a whole: It can directly promote the rapid progress of the organization with its energy and indirectly spurs continuous development with the good culture it generates. A can bring

(1) advanced techniques

(2) highly efficient management and

(3) adequate communication,

and other unexpected resources, hence invigorating the organization system under the motivation of A. the whole society also thrives. Through continuously promoting the social productivity, unceasingly improving the productive relationship, and gradually enriching human material and spiritual wealth, A eventually brings economic prosperity and social harmony.

In short, where there is better A, there are more hopes, vitality and development. Each of us should attach high emphasis on A. When we are benefiting from A, we shall also do our utmost to maintain its vitality to ensure ourselves a brighter future.
