在做英语单项选择题的时候，同学们可以运用以下几种方法来快速解题。

      1)成分补充法

      同学们可以通过把省去的部分补完整，更好地理解整个句子，然后快速解题。

      如：——Mum，why do you always make me eat an egg every day？

      ——______enough protein and nutrition as you are growing up。

      A.Get B.Getting C.To get D.To be getting

      如果同学们把答语补充完整，那么就得到：I always make you eat an egg every day to get enough protein and nutrition as you are growing up.这样同学们很快就得到答案C。

      2)句子还原法

      一些句式还原后就更加清晰明了，也更符合同学们的思维习惯，这样就容易解题了。

      如：Mrs Smith was much disappointed to see the TV set she had had ________ went wrong again。

      A.it B.it repaired C.repaired D.to be repaired

      分析：本题中的the TV set后有一个定语从句，还原法是破解定语从句的一个好方法，同学们把先行词还原到从句中，从句的结构就明确了：She had had the TV set?。如果同学们选C.repaired，就成了：She had had the TV set repaired。

      很显然这是考查have sth. Done结构的，同学们很快就能确定答案C。

      3)排除干扰法

      排除干扰法就是去掉题干中干扰的成分如定语、插入语、从句等，把题干理一理，使得同学们看得更清楚。

      如：The bell________the end of the period rang________our heated discussion.

      A.indicating；interrupting       B.indicated；interrupting

      C.indicating；interrupted       D.indicated；interrupted

      分析：去掉the end of the period和our heated discussion之后，主干为The bell rang，同学们看到了一个主谓结构的句子，因此同学们就可以判定，前后两个空格都是非谓语的位置，所以很快就可以找到答案A。
