最近英国的一项研究发现，英国很多中产家庭的父母，会想尽办法帮助自己的孩子接受好的教育，并利用自己的人脉帮助孩子就业。

说直白一点，这些父母就是在为孩子提供一个“玻璃地板”，防止他们发展不利下滑到更低的阶层。
