Johnny Depp is Reluctant to Take off his Pirate Hat

What will be the story of Pirates of the Caribbean 4: The Fountain of Youth (《加勒比海盗4》) ? A source (消息灵通人士) says that the top management of Disney has put forward two completely different stories. One story is thought in terms of ultra fantastical (天马行空) , including dinosaurs (恐龙), floating fortresses (浮动堡垒), etc. The other story grows out of what happens before, but its plot has little to do with the former three films.

according to the second plan, such minor characters as Elizabeth (伊莉莎白) played by Keira Knightly (凯拉·奈特利) and Will (威尔) by Orlando Bloom (奥兰多·布鲁姆) will no longer appear in the fourth film. Captain Jack played by Johnny Depp will start his journey alone. Last year, when the shooting (拍摄) of Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World’s End (《加勒比海盗3》) was over, Depp said that he was reluctant to take off the worn-out pirate hat and would continue to play in its sequel (续集) . “I will never become bored with the role of Captain Jack. He is a very interesting man. I will not quit even if the director would shoot Pirates of the Caribbean 7.” according to the source, the film Pirates of the Caribbean 4: The Fountain of Youth are expected to be shown in May to July, 2011.

《加勒比海盗4》的剧情如何发展?知情人称，目前迪斯尼高层已经出台2套完全不同的方案。第一种方案走天马行空路线，甚至会在片中出现类似恐龙、硝烟弥漫的浮动堡垒等动画片里的场面。另一种方案则从之前那段故事继续衍生出一场冒险，其情节与前三部已经没有多大联系。

按后一种方案，前三部里凯拉·奈特利扮演的伊莉莎白、奥兰多·布鲁姆扮演的威尔等大配角将不在《加勒比海盗4》里现身，只保留强尼·戴普扮演的杰克船长一人独自踏上旅程。去年强尼·戴普演完《加勒比海盗3》后表示，他舍不得摘下头上那顶破烂不堪的海盗帽，将继续出演以后的续集，“我永远不会对杰克船长这个角色感到厌烦，他十分有趣。即使导演想拍《加勒比海盗7》，我也不会退出。”知情人透露，《加勒比海盗4》预计于2011年5月至7月上映。
