1、让学生描述春夏秋冬的天气特征（ warm hot cool cold ）,可引导学生用肢体语言形象地体现。
2.让学生发挥想象为四季画一幅画。
交流展示学生呼英语励志口号：Believe in yourself.相信你自己！
二、 热身、复习。
播放歌谣What’s your favorite season?并出示四季单词卡片，学生看图随录音吟唱歌谣。
三、小班内查练
将图片定格在春季的图片上，而后问学生What season is it? 如果学生没有答出，再次播放歌谣。然后让学生说出I like spring/ summer…
四、导入新，板书题。展示本学习目标，学生齐读本学习目标。
五、导入并指导学习新的内容：
1、教师事先在黑板上分别给出表示季节的四个方框，然后指着12个月份的单词卡片，对学生说：There are 12 months in a year. Which seasons are warm? 教师继续说：March is warm, we can fly kites in March? Which season is it in? 引导学生回答：In spring.
2、教师指着summer方框，画一轮太阳，表情夸张的说；Oh, summer is after spring. And it’s hot, very very hot. Which months are in summer?根据学生的回答教学April，May，August。
3、利用上一游戏引出September，学生跟读并书写其缩写形式后，教师问：What’s the weather like in September? Is it very hot? 引导学生回答No, it’s not very hot. It’s cool. 教师说：So it’s in fall.教学fall。
4、在冬季的方框内画上雪花，做出“冷”的样子，说：Now we have the last season----winter. How cold it is!
小班交流展示
1、师生一起做Before and after游戏。规则是：在March和August六个单词中，老师随机给出一个单词，举左手，学生说出前一个月份，右手，说出后一个月份。
2、把学生分成两组，一组说英语，另一组说汉语。
练习拓展当堂检测：
写出下列单词的缩写形式。

二、翻译下列句子。

1、前先让学生以小组为单位准备卡片，如like which you do best season
2、让学生制作季节调查表。

二、热身、复习。
播放歌谣What’s your birthday?请学生说出唱歌的孩子是几月份的生日。然后跟着旋律唱。
三、小班内查练
出示标有12个月份的大转盘，在转动指针前提问：Which season is it? 学生猜测：It’s May/ June…
四、导入新，板书题。展示本学习目标，学生齐读本学习目标。
五、导入并指导学习新的内容：
1、教师询问一名学生：When is your birthday? 当学生回答完成后问另一名学生：is your birthday in …?帮助回答：Yes, it is.或No, it isn’t.
2、教师让一学生到讲台前，面对黑板。用Is your birthday in …? 句型猜站着的同学的生日，站着的同学用Yes, it is.或No, it isn’t.回答，判断对错。
3、教师出示Mike, Amy, Zhang Peng的头饰，提问：When is Mike’s birthday? What about Amy? What about Zhang Peng?播放Let’s talk录音，回答以上问题。
4、学生分角色进行朗读。三人一组练习该对话，并将自己的同伴的实际姓名和生日替换对话中的相应部分，最后汇报表演。
小班交流展示
1、给学生一点时间，把Let’s find out部分的月份和节日连线，然后进行检查。让学生分成小组，利用句型Where is...? It is in...的句型进行操练。
2、教师播放录音，让学生在括号里填上相应的月份，再播放一遍，核对答案。

二、 热身、复习。
播放录音，学生跟唱歌曲Father and mother。教师出示家庭成员的单词卡，带领学生复习家庭成员的称呼。
三、小班内查练
学生看单词卡片，认读12个月份。出示大转盘，转动并问学生Which month is it?
四、导入新，板书题。展示本学习目标，学生齐读本学习目标。
五、导入并指导学习新的内容：
1、教师拿出自己的家庭照片，出示预备好的表格，贴在黑板上，This is a photo of my family. I want to make a birthday chart for my family. 一起拼写单词family，读单词和短语a family chart for my family。
2、教师拿着家庭照片，指着自己的母亲说：She is my mother. Her birthday is in September. 教师将mom的照片放在September下面的表格，My mother’s birthday is in September. When is my father’s birthday?继续填写表格，然后让学生根据例子相互询问填写表格。
3、给学生2―3分钟的时间阅读Read and write对话，而后提出问题：When is John’s birthday? When is grandma’s birthday?
4、教师出示Pronunciation部分的挂图，指导学生认读含有字母组合ear，eer的例词，指导学生归纳出发音规律。
教师出示单词：ear，hear，dear，bear，学生朗读。
教师给出绕口令中的单词，学生运用所学语音规律朗读单词。
小班交流展示
1、让学生birthday chart，然后核对答案。
2、让学生先说一说表格下面两个问题是什么，然后让学生写出答案。
两人一组进行会话练习。

五、导入并指导学习新的内容：
1、Let’s learn
（1）教师指着黑板上画好的12层大楼，师生一起从1数到12， 教师： There are 12 floors .
教师将单词卡片January贴在一楼，提问学生： Where is January ? 学生回答： It’s on the first floor . 教师板书first . 学生一起朗读。
（2）教师出示April 的卡片提问：What about April ? 教师自己回答：April is the fourth month . It’s on the fourth floor . 学生齐读单词。
（3）教师指着第五层楼问学生：Now , who lives on this floor ?
学生应回答：May .教师说：Yes , it’s May . May is the fifth month . It’s on the fifth floor .
教师强调该词是fifth 而非fiveth ，师生一起朗读fifth .
同样的方法教学12th . 教师引导学生发现其变化规律。
（4）教师引导学生看图说话，教师先给予明确示范，如：January is the first month . It’s on the first floor . 请学生依次做表述，一直到12月份。
小班交流展示
1.教师放歌曲“Happy new year”， 师生同唱。教师出示一张有新年气象的图片提问：What festival is it ? 学生回答: New Year’s Day .
2.教师挑选20日之前的日期让学生试读，使学生能自如表达具体日期。

（1）教师放歌曲“Happy Birthday to You”，学生个跟录音齐唱。教师提问学生：What song is it?学生回答： It’s a birthday song . 教师继续提问： Whose birthday is it? Can you guess? 引导学生猜测学生用书中人物，如：Is it Zoom’s birthday? Is it Zip’s birthday ? 等。
教师教学句子引导学生按实际情况问答。
教师对问句中的月份进行替换，如：Who has a birthday in June / October?等。练习进行到一定程度时教师提问：What’s the date ? 板书该句，师生一起朗读。然后教师引导学生回答，如：It’s October 1st.等。
（2）教师放录音，学生跟读。
（3）学生表演对话，要求学生根据实际情况进行练习。

游戏：小小人口普查员
教师与一组学生进行示范，教师提问：Who has a birthday in March ? Please stand up!然后教师分别提问：What’s the date ?What about you ? Is your birthday in March , too ? 等，将具体日期记下。教师随后将学生分成八人小组，每组4-6人，每人担任2-3个月份的生日调查工作，模仿教师进行调查并记录结果。

What’s the date? It’s …
When is National Day? It’s October 1st等。
四、导入新，板书题。展示本学习目标，学生齐读本学习目标。
五、导入并指导学习新的内容：
1、Read and write
（1）教师在黑板上画一张卡片，并画花朵、蜡烛等图案，写上Happy birthday。教师请学生一起拼读birthday。教师提问：
What am I drawing ？学生回答：A birthday card.教师接着说：Yes, you’re right. I am making a bithday card. 学生跟读这个句子。
（2）教师给黑板上的birthday card画上电脑边框，以惊奇的语气说：Look, the card is in the computer! Oh, it’s an
e-card! 板书an e-card（根据学生实际情况决定是否加以解释）。
教师简笔画一只鼠标，并做敲键盘与移鼠标的动作，在黑板较远的一角贴Grandma的卡片。教师说：Now I am sending the e-card to Grandma.板书sending an e-card，学生跟读。
（3）教师放录音，请学生听录音后回答文后总是并书写答句。学生再跟读一遍录音，然后两人一组进行朗读练习。
2、Let’s play
教师讲解Bingo游戏的规则后开始这个游戏。游戏进行到有三、四名学生“Bingo!”的情况下即可停止或重新开始。
3、Story time
教师播放Story time部分的录音。学生观看，了解故事大意。
小班交流展示
学生听Read and write部分的录音，读给同学听。
